Curious about opportunity. Building things. Documenting the mess.
I'm building products with AI agents, journaling the work in public, and figuring out what an entrepreneurial life looks like in 2026. This is the log.
Two streams. A near-daily journal tracks what I worked on, what shipped, what stalled, and the focus time from Rize. Long-form posts when an idea earns more than 200 words.
Everything is plain text first. The repo is public. The analytics events are listed on /privacy. If anything you read lands or fails to land, the /feedback link comes straight to my inbox.

Day 7: two meetings, a partner locked, the blog grows up
A high-leverage day. A paid client walkthrough of my agentic system, then a working session that locked the Handyman partnership and the plan. In parallel the blog got a real upgrade: discoverability, a downloadable starter kit, a public Building section, a newsletter, and multi-language in progress. Written mid-afternoon, Rize numbers to follow.

Day 6: lighter day, two posts, conversations that land
A lighter, more diffuse day after Day 5's fourteen-hour run. Two posts went out, but the real movement was on the site itself and on Handyman. Productive conversations with locals on the pitch. A meeting locked for 11 tomorrow.

Day 5: infrastructure on every layer
Monday in Brazil. Build-heavy. Split the agent system into its own compartmentalized workspace, scoped Handyman from a draft brief into a locked technical-scoping draft, shipped Day 2 of the blog. One break for Jiu Jitsu, second session, absolutely awesome. A pitch with a local installer that moved the needle in ways I did not see coming.

Day 4: scaffolding the blog, hiring math
Sunday in Brazil. Built the first version of this blog end-to-end in four hours, picked the stack, scaffolded Astro + MDX + Cloudflare Pages + PostHog, shipped the first build. Quick evening call with a marketing candidate for OneProposal. Walked away thinking about employer risk.

Day 3: launch-prep, walkthrough, first feedback
Saturday in Brazil. OneProposal launch-prep day. Domain swap to oneproposal.app, Stripe live-mode, PostHog cookieless, credit-ledger fix. Walkthrough with a friend surfaced six previously-invisible UX bugs. Friends-and-family share message sent before midnight. Side thread, a conversation with a Brazilian friend about another app idea I am keeping vague for now.

Day 2: jog, Jiu Jitsu, eight PRs
Friday in Brazil. Forty-five minute beach jog at 5.5 min/km. First Jiu Jitsu session with my cousin, absolutely awesome. Then a heavy client-dev day, eight PRs through main into an n8n migration. Almost missed the primary brief.

Set up your own agentic workspace
A downloadable starter kit, one CLAUDE.md plus the structure that grows around it, and a ten-minute install guide so you can run the same setup I do.

50 hours and 222 hours are both true
My time tracker shows two different numbers for the same data. The gap is the interesting part.

How my agentic system actually works
A live walkthrough I gave to a client today, written down. What sits where, why a blank workspace plus AI is not the system, and a seed prompt you can paste to start your own.
